"Compassionate Care cared for my dear aunt for over a year before she sadly made the difficult decision to move to a nursing home. It is to the credit of the whole team that she was able to stay at home as long as she was. As with many families, we have lots of commitments and do not live as close as we would like to. Thanks to the delightful care workers our aunt felt safe and cared for"
Elizabeth, Niece of Service User
"I wanted to take a minute to say thanks for the excellent care my dad has received from all the team at Compassionate Care. My dad is not the 'easiest' man to look after - he has very strong opinions and is very stubborn! We were so worried that my dad would refuse all care but the team have been so great and the management have responded to all our suggestions. My sisters, me and my dad are always informed of any issues and the team work with us to find solutions that are best for my dad. He loves the carers visiting now and we can finally have a good nights sleep!"
Joan, M - Daughter of Service User
"Brilliant team and they genuinely care!" Brian Davidson

There are a number of ways that you can fund your care. Depending on your particular needs and circumstances, you may be eligible for financial support from your local council. Our management team will be able to assist you with identifying the best way to fund your care. If you are looking to access home care services, either for yourself or for a loved one, then you need to alert your local council either independently (by yourself, or through your family or a friend) or via a healthcare professional such as your GP. Your council will then carry out an assessment of your needs to determine what level of support you require. They will then determine what level of financial support you might be eligible for to meet those needs.
If you qualify for funding, the council can organise and pay for your care or on your behalf or give you a cash payment to do so yourself. Whichever option you prefer, we can work with you and whoever funds your care to make sure you get what you need. If you are not entitled to free or partially-funded home care, or you wish to supplement your care, you can also pay for our services as a private customer. Whichever payment route you choose, Compassionate Care Team will provide a quality service that is tailored to your unique needs.
