It can be hard to hear negative feedback, especially when you have worked so hard, for so long, but we are excited about our plans to improve and reach our goals. Over the past year CCT have faced some challenges as the company has expanded and 2018 has provided us with the opportunity to reflect on where we are, and where we want to be, to do better for you.
The whole team is committed, and we approach 2019 with a new sense of ambition, pride and enthusiasm.
We have listened to what CQC have said and we appreciate their expertise. We are prepared, willing and ready to improve and we want everyone who uses our service to be involved in the process.
As many of you know, we have already invested in more staff, additional management, a new website and a dedicated drop in area for staff at Head Office to increase training opportunities. This is just the start.

To reassure Service Users that complaints will never impact upon the care they receive.
To provide a service that promotes your health and well-being and respects that you are the expert in how you should be supported.
To ensure our staff are supported to develop their skills, knowledge and experience regularly and in response to their needs.
To provide opportunities for Service Users and their carers to influence how we work.
To ensure our staff work in way that prevents abuse and where abuse is identified, they respond quickly with compassion.
To entrench systems into our practice that improve our Quality Assurance processes and drive the business forward.
Above all, we commit to keeping our Service Users at the heart of every decision we make.
