Compassionate Care Team Ltd ensures that there is in place a clear protocol that any decisions that might impact on the wellbeing of employees or volunteers with disabilities are made at a suitably senior level, having regard to the size and structure of Compassionate Care Team Ltd.
All staff understand their responsibility to show consideration to disabled colleagues, and this is reinforced in supervision.
Reasonable adjustments are made swiftly and in a positive manner to enable employees with disabilities to thrive in the workplace, both while carrying out their responsibilities and during breaks.
Employees are informed and reminded of their responsibility to notify Miss Naomi Bennett of any disability that might not be obvious, in order to enable Compassionate Care Team Ltd to take necessary steps to enable the employee's rights.
